David joined the Performa team in 1999 as Vice President for Strategic Planning with over 20 years of project experience in creating strategic business, land and facilities planning, facility programming, interior design planning and land use master planning.
David has the responsibility for the management, leadership, and facilitation of a facility planning process that explores the organizational, operational and functional requirements for our clients. David's expertise is highly valued, particularly in the areas of campus master planning, programming, feasibility studies and conceptual design.
In addition, David has led strategic planning, programming and conceptual design services for the Super Conducting Super Collider Research Laboratory Facility in Dallas, Texas and the new research laboratory for aeronautical systems at Wright Patterson AFB in Dayton, Ohio. He has also led planning and design for national organizations such as the American Red Cross, IRS, and Legacy INS.
