Doug is co-founder of Performa. During his 20 years experience, he has developed expertise in managing highly complex and large-scale corporate, justice and higher education facilities projects nationwide.
Doug has a unique talent for saving money and time on complex projects. He consistently chooses the right contracting methodologies and cost saving construction strategies to resolve the most complex construction cost, schedule and constructability challenges. He has strong experience in all phases of planning, design and construction and a track record of completing projects on schedule while balancing the expectation of the project within the contraints of the established budget.
Doug divides his time between providing program and project management, and providing the critical operating processes and organization when transitioning projects from planning into capital initiatives.
