Jeff Kanzelberger, AIA, Chief Executive Officer


For more than 20 years, Jeff has led the development and refinement of Performa's Listen. Engage. Design.® method and unique project
process approach.   The genesis of the process came from Jeff's work
prior to Performa on the client side as an owner's representative for large-scale capital and operational projects throughout the United States and abroad.  Jeff witnessed first-hand how many architects simply did not understand business priorities and failed to include them in their design solutions. With the founding of Performa, he pledged to create an architectural firm dedicated to delivering practical, efficient solutions to
the owners' business priorities.
 
In his role as CEO, Jeff continues to challenge the Performa team in its commitment to deliver relevant, cost-effective solutions to Performa's clients. This culture extends throughout the entire firm and throughout each stage of a project.
