Steve brings 23 years of deep experience and leadership in managing projects to meet owners' business objectives, including return-on-investment (ROI), design efficiency, optimizing operations and productivity.
For many years prior to Performa, Steve functioned as an Architect and a Construction Manager in a Design/Build delivery system. Coupling this with his ability to understand his clients' business issues gives Steve the ability to see projects from the client, architect and contractor perspectives. The outcome is a strategic level view that combines design and construction opportunities and constraints, while adhering to the client's priorities and objectives for schedule, quality, and budget.
