EXPERIENCE

Massena Border Patrol Station

Massena, New York

The TYO site located along the Grasse River in Massena New York was selected as the site for the new 35 agent Massena Border Patrol Station. Site and facility conceptual master plans were developed and approved by the CBP and the Army Corps of Engineers. Approval was given to proceed into Design and Construction Documentation.

Performa's Justice Team was retained to take their conceptual site and facility master plan into final design and documentation. Performa put together a team of experts to fulfill the various needs of the final design. Working with Performa (Design/Engineering) was Earthtech (Environmental), Select Systems by Design (Security Systems), and Burley & Guminiak (Site/Civil Design and Marine Facility Design).

The 26,500 gsf new Border Patrol Station will serve 35 agents as well as accommodate space for the U.S. Coast Guard.
