The Birth of the Performa Concept - Journeying to Proactive Business Strategy.
Challenging the traditional Architect and Engineer definitions, Performa has created a proprietary process of guiding our clients to an in depth understanding of their capital asset decisions - past & present. Assets, defined as buildings, equipment and land, existing and contemplated, are analyzed for their current alignment with our client's business objectives. Our clients are trained to see assets as tools, supporting only that which adds value to their customers or clients. Performa exists for the singular purpose of guiding our clients to intelligent facility planning, design and construction practices which build and reinforce our client's competitive position.
Performa has committed itself to creating holistic solutions that bring together elements of an organization's people, processes and place.
