Sysco Food Services strategic objective was to rapidly construct a new 193,000 sq. ft. distribution center to support the company’s rapid growth.

Engage
The facility’s users’ needs included fully integrating a dry goods warehouse, a freezer warehouse, a cooler warehouse and an office area.

Design
Performa partnered with Westra Construction on a design/build approach. The resulting solution fully integrated the three diverse facilities and operations, met Sysco’s aggressive fast-track timeline and ultimately won a “Projects of Distinction Award,” from Associated Builders and Contractors, Inc.
