Senior management’s strategic objectives were to create a new multi-printer facility that improved operational efficiency, supported Moore’s “team” management style, and created a visual image that expanded the strength of their brand.

Engage
The facility’s users’ needs included creating a flexible open office space that promoted Moore’s “team” management style, a large mail handling area (larger than Green Bay’s largest post office), a data center, and photo and plate making laboratories.

Design
The resulting solution delivered an innovative, efficient and visually distinctive facility that exceeded both the stakeholders’ objectives and the users’ needs.
