Senior management’s strategic objective for the facility was to improve new product development efficiency by reducing the time required to introduce new products—from idea to store shelf

Engage
Users’ needs included office space for 350 occupants, chemical, process and QA laboratories, handsheet and testing laboratories, an “interaction” area, and mail and distribution warehousing.

Design
The resulting design solution provides maximum flexibility by integrating all building systems and establishing uniform building standards. The design employed a 5’-0” x 5’-0” module that allowed the owner to “churn” its furniture systems without moving the building’s electrical, HVAC, and fire suppression systems.
