Real Growth Plus Real Confidence Equals One Really Big Move.
It only took two years operating as the new community bank before Nicolet National Bank outgrew its first facility and joined forces with a developer to create a new 114,000 square-foot building. The bank’s site is located on a highly visible intersection in downtown Green Bay, Wisconsin, and sits sublimely on the Fox River.
Performa designed the facility to appropriately reflect the Nicolet National Bank brand. It is a timeless, prominent, welcoming, personal, and secure yet open building that serves as the downtown’s steadfast anchor.
The building rises four floors above grade with an expanded sub-grade parking level. The first two floors are connected by a grand staircase that not only enhances the bank’s open atmosphere, but also communicates accessibility and accountability to customers. The interior design employs the use of natural materials, colors, and extensive daylight to create a warm, comfortable environment in which to work and visit. Other building tenants include an insurance company, a brokerage firm, and private office suites.
