Specialty Cheese recently expanded its production facility in Reeseville, WI to accommodate growth in their authentic and innovative cheese making. The expansion incorporates additional space for a Make Room, Prep Area, Wash Room, WIP Cooler, CIP Room and MCC Room. The expansion is approximately 7,205 square feet in total area, inclusive of 407 square feet on the second floor. An additional expansion for packaging was approximately 3,816 square feet in total area.
