The intent of the headquarter design was to utilize Festival’s strong mission and vision and weave in the history about three generations of the family looking towards the future.
The design was driven by the need for a better working environment that will help recruit and retain employees, embrace collaboration and could tell Festival Foods’ story and strengthen their brand. In the end, the question became, “What will bring our future and existing employees back?”
We answered the challenge with a space designed to encourage the flow of people and ideas around the business.
